What Every Customer Can Expect

Every company says they do good work. Here’s ours in writing — seven things you can hold us to, published where you can find them before you ever pick up the phone.

Insured Background-Checked Craftsmen Two-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

Down-To-The-Penny Fixed Price

The price you approve is the price you pay.

Your estimate is a number, not a range. Approve it and that’s what the project costs.

We build it on site, after walking the project with you, because a price quoted over the phone is really just a guess wearing a suit. Guesses are where surprises come from.

One exception, and here it is. Houses hide things. A leak inside a wall, rot under a floor, wiring somebody did wrong forty years ago. When something was genuinely concealed and couldn’t reasonably have been spotted during the walkthrough, we stop and show you what we found. We explain the options. Anything extra goes in writing before we pick a tool back up.

You won’t get a bill for work you didn’t approve.

No Change Orders Without Your Approval

Nothing changes unless you say so.

A change order is a document you sign before extra work starts. It is not a way to adjust the price after the fact.

If the scope changes — because you asked for more, or because the house had a surprise in it — the sequence is the same every time.

  • We show you what we found, or what you’ve asked for
  • We price it and put it in writing
  • You approve it, or you don’t
  • Work starts only after you approve

Decline and we finish the original scope exactly as agreed. No hard feelings, no pressure.

Two-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the work.

Our workmanship is warranted for two years. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did it, we come back and fix it.

It exists because we’d rather earn a decade of referrals than one invoice.

Background-Checked Craftsmen

You should know who’s in your house.

Every Bucktooth craftsman is background-checked before they set foot on a job site. That’s a hiring requirement, not a marketing line.

You’re handing a stranger your front door key, more or less. Knowing who they are shouldn’t be something you have to ask about.

Respect For Your Home

We work clean.

Drop cloths, dust containment, tools that stay where they belong. Work areas get cleaned at the end of every day, not just at the end of the project.

Before we load up, we walk the finished work with you. If something isn’t right, we’d rather hear it standing in your hallway than read it in a review.

Clear Communication

You should never wonder what happens next.

You’ll know who’s coming, when, and what they’ll be doing. If something changes, you hear it from us — not from noticing a truck that didn’t show up.

Questions get answered. Calls get returned. And if we don’t know something yet, we’ll tell you that instead of making something up.

A Five-Star Experience

Good work is where we start, not where we finish.

Craftsmanship is what you’re paying for. Whether you’d call us again comes down to everything around it — showing up when we said, keeping you in the loop, treating your house like somebody lives in it.

We’re building a company people call back. That only works if the whole thing is worth repeating.
