Website content is not an estimate

Descriptions of services, project examples, and any pricing information on this website are provided for general information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a binding estimate. Project pricing is provided only in a written estimate prepared for your specific project after an in-person assessment.

Forms, requests, and booking

Our contact form sends us a message. Submitting it does not schedule work or commit either of us to anything.

Requesting a dump trailer rental and booking an estimate are both handled by Housecall Pro, on pages hosted by them. You leave our website to complete either one, and both are subject to Housecall Pro’s own terms and privacy practices in addition to these terms.

A trailer rental request is a request. It does not reserve a trailer or confirm availability for the dates you asked about. We confirm all trailer rental dates with you directly before anything is reserved.

An estimate booking places an appointment on our calendar. If your property is in our extended service area, an $85 trip charge is collected at booking and credited toward your invoice when the work is booked. We may need to contact you to confirm or adjust an appointment.

Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship warranty is described on our warranty page and is governed by the written terms provided with your project documents. Nothing on this website modifies or extends those terms.
