The Small Stuff You’ve Been Working Around.

A toilet that runs. A faucet that drips. A disposal that hums and does nothing. None of it is an emergency, which is exactly why it’s still there — and why it’s usually a single visit to clear the whole list at once.

What We Work On

Toilets. Running, rocking, weak flush, or a tank that fills forever. Rebuilds, replacements, and the seal underneath when it’s time.

Faucets. Kitchen, bath, and utility. Replacement, drips, low pressure, and handles that have gone stiff.

Garbage disposals. Replacement, jams, leaks at the connections, and units that have simply reached the end.

Sink drains and traps. Slow drains, leaks under the cabinet, and the corroded assembly nobody’s looked at in fifteen years.

Supply lines and shutoff valves. The braided lines behind toilets and under sinks, and the valves that seize up right when you need them.

Fixture replacement generally. If you’ve bought something and want it installed properly, that’s a normal visit.

Repair or Replace

Sometimes a rebuild is the obvious answer. A toilet with good porcelain and tired internals is worth rebuilding, and it costs a fraction of replacing it.

Sometimes it isn’t. A fifteen-year-old faucet with a worn cartridge is a repair you’ll do again, and often the parts alone approach the cost of a new fixture.

We’ll tell you which one you’re looking at, and what we’d do if it were our house. There’s no version of this where we push a replacement because it’s a bigger ticket.

Bring Us the Whole List

Most houses don’t have one plumbing annoyance. They have four.

A running toilet in the hall bath, a drip in the kitchen, a disposal that quit, and a shutoff that won’t shut off. Handled separately that’s four appointments. Handled together it’s one visit, and the setup and travel get shared across the list instead of repeated.

If you’ve got a list, bring the whole thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Usually, if the porcelain is sound and it’s not an old high-volume model. The internals are inexpensive and a rebuild takes a fraction of the time a replacement does. We’ll look and tell you.

Yes. Plenty of people already have something picked out. Buy it and we’ll install it — or if you’d rather not shop, tell us what you want and we’ll source it.

Usually the closet bolts or the flange underneath. It’s worth handling sooner rather than later, since a rocking toilet works on the seal and eventually gets into the floor.

Not necessarily — often it’s jammed rather than failed. We’ll check that before recommending a new one.

Yes, and it’s the efficient way to do it. One trip covers the list.
