What Happens Next

We’ll go over what you sent and get in touch to set up a time to come look at the space. We may ask a few questions first, or ask for a photo, so we show up already knowing something about the project.

Every price we give comes from standing in the room. Photos and phone calls help us understand what you’re after, but they don’t tell us what’s behind the wall or how the floor sits — and a number built on a guess is a number we’d have to walk back.
